Peanut Butter and Banana Shake

Peanut butter gives this shake a little extra healthy fat to make it extra satisfying. Try making it with chocolate or banana protein powder, too.

Serves: 1

1 frozen banana
1 ½ cups low fat milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
4 to 5 ice cubes (optional)

Combine ingredients in a blender – blend until smooth.
