  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup low fat Greek plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions
 

  • In a blender combine frozen cherries, tart cherry juice, water, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth and serve.
