Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 finely chopped red bell pepper
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and using clean hands, mix and roll into 16 (1 oz) balls.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until internal temp is 165F (use a thermometer!!) – should take about 18-20min.

The recipe for Greek Turkey Meatballs lists the nutrition, but the portion size is missing, as well as the number of servings.
