Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic whole, lightly smashed
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a jar or other airtight container.
  • Cover, shake well and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
