- ½ medium banana sliced and frozen (freeze ahead of time)
- ¾ cup low fat milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Combine ingredients in a blender- blend until smooth
