  • ½ medium banana sliced and frozen (freeze ahead of time)
  • ¾ cup low fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes

  • Combine ingredients in a blender- blend until smooth
