Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 clove garlic whole, lightly smashed
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Combine ingredients in a jar or other airtight container.
- Cover, shake well and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
