Both chocolate milk and fresh cherries contain nutrients that muscles need after exercise so why not team them up in this easy 3-ingredient smoothie? Salt may seem like an odd ingredient but it only enhances the flavors.

2 cups frozen sweet cherries

Pinch sea salt

Ice cubes to taste

1. Pour chocolate milk into blender, followed by cherries, salt and ice cubes.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
