Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 finely chopped red bell pepper
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and using clean hands, mix and roll into 16 (1 oz) balls.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until internal temp is 165F (use a thermometer!!) – should take about 18-20min.
