Straw Nana Smoothie

Serves 2

1 cup skim milk
½ cup water
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 large frozen banana
½ cup nonfat strawberry Greek yogurt

1. Place milk and water in the blender, followed by strawberries, banana, and yogurt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
