Silly Good Sandwiches: Part 1 – Italian Combo

IMG_3208

I am on a sandwich kick! Fresh ingredients piled high on whole grain bread can make a healthy and satisfying (not to mention fun) meal. In this sponsored post, I use some of my favorite products from Applegate to lighten up a classic.. #WhatsInYourSandiwch ?

Lightened Up Italian Combo
This Italian favorite is known for having a high fat and calorie count. My version has all the flavor and is way more figure-friendly.

2 slices whole grain bread
Spicy Dijon mustard
1 oz Applegate Herb Turkey Breast
1 oz Applegate Black Forest Ham
4 slices Applegate Genoa Salami
½ cup mixed greens
1 slice Applegate Provolone Cheese

Lightly toast bread and spread each piece with a thin layer of mustard. Assemble sandwich with turkey, ham and salami; top with greens and cheese.
