- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon anchovy paste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, Parmesan cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, anchovy paste and black pepper – whisk well.
