It’s been an all out peach-fest! The family went peach picking at a local orchard and now we are happily drowning in stone fruit. Here is one of our favorite recipes.
Fresh Peach Sorbet
4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
Pinch kosher salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
Juice of one lemon
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions. Transfer to a container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
