Air-Fryer Greek Yogurt Everything Bagel Bites

Adorable and tasty bonbons of higher protein bagels that are ready in minutes. A simple mixture of flour and Greek yogurt creates this bagel hack recipe that everyone just loves. If you don’t have self-rising flour, use a mixture of 2 teaspoons baking powder for every 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning such as (Dan-Os or Trader Joe's)
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • Whipped cream cheese or butter, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place seasoning in a shallow bowl, set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine flour and salt. Add yogurt and mix until a slightly-sticky dough forms. Using clean hands, roll into evenly sized balls. Roll in seasoning mixture and set aside until ready to cook.
  • Set air fryer to 375-degrees F. Working in batches*, place bagel bites directly in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown. Use tongs to remove and set aside to cool. Repeat with remaining pieces. Serve warm with desired spreads.
  • Storage: Once cool, store bites in an air-tight container or resealable bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
    *(about 8 at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer)
