Ingredients:
½ medium banana, sliced and frozen (freeze ahead of time)
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
¼ cup nonfat Greek-style yogurt
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup water

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender – blend until smooth
