Hot Fudge Sauce

There’s no low-cal ingredients in this recipe — moderation is the key!!

Makes 1 cup

6 ounces dark chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch coarse sea salt

Combine chocolate and cream in a glass bowl and place over a double boiler. Whisk well until completely melted. Turn off heat, add honey, vanilla, and sea salt and whisk well to combine. Serve immediately or keep warm over double boiler (turned off).
