Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon anchovy paste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, Parmesan cheese, garlic, mayonnaise,  anchovy paste and black pepper – whisk well.
