Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup tart cherry juice
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup low fat Greek plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- In a blender combine frozen cherries, tart cherry juice, water, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth and serve.
