Caesar Dressing

Serves: 2

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon anchovy paste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, Parmesan cheese, garlic, mayonnaise,  anchovy paste and black pepper – whisk well.
