#Ad Recovery Meal of the Day!

Almonds might be my favorite recovery food. For dinner, I made an almond-crusted salmon with roasted veggies and served over rice for a quick and easy, one-pan meal.

I’m getting healthy carbs, protein and plenty of antioxidants — exactly what my body needs after a strenuous workout.

The secret to this salmon is almonds mixed with fresh herbs, lemon zest and hot honey. Pulse ingredients in the food processor, pile on top of salmon with a little Dijon mustard and roast at 400-F for 15 to 20 minutes. Almonds may help with overall exercise recovery and adding them to your recovery meals gives you key nutrients like vitamin E and magnesium. Plus toasting them makes an incredible crunchy texture.

Cha Cha’s first show ever and Maddy on 🔥 in her third and final performance as a middle schooler! Isla was there cheering them on and then needed to make an appearance at her school Sweetheart Dance 🩷
