A ton of meal prep but all this food took about 1 hour… 2 hours if you count shopping and dishes! I used the @instantpotofficial for pulled pork and rice (forgot to video that) and did all my veg prep together first while pasta was cooking. A few simple steps can help streamline the process making #mealprep easy and efficient. I HATE clean up but doing one big prep and one big clean will mean less clean up time this week.
