Veggie Upgrades – 5 Fast Ways To Up Your Veggie Intake


1)  fresh tomatoes & basil atop mac & cheese


   2) make “noodles” out of julienned summer squash


3) baked omelet cups with whatever’s in the fridge – broccoli, spinach …..
