Quick Pickles!

Equal parts water and white vinegar + 2 parts sugar and 1 part kosher salt. Add to jar and shake well. Then add any herbs and chopped veggies. + 🌿 + 🥒🧄 🧅 🌶️
Viola. Pickles!

For a 16oz ball jar (seen here for onions) its 1/2 cup each water + white vin + 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp kosher salt.
