Dragon Fruit "Refresher"
This slightly sweet, sparkling beverage is better than any fancy coffee shop drink.

thawed dragon fruit

tsp
agave
1
slice
fresh lime
plus additional slice for garnish
3
mint leaves
optional
Ice

sparkling water or tonic
Instructions
Place dragon fruit, agave, lime and mint leaves (if using) in a tall glass.
Use a spoon to muddle the ingredients.
Fill the glass with ice and pour in the sparkling water. Stir gently.
Garnish with additional lime slice and serve.
