rinsed + drained

red bell peppers
seeded + roughly chopped

canned black olives

balsamic vinaigrette

kosher salt

black pepper
Instructions
Combine chickpeas, bell pepper, olives and cucumber in a large bowl. Pour in dressing, season with salt and pepper and toss gently to combine.
