Roll out a piece of pizza dough into a rectangle
Add a layer of provolone cheese
Spread with whole milk ricotta, followed by desired toppings
Finish with a sprinkle of shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese – then fold the sides in about 2 to 3 inches towards the middle
Gently roll over and transfer to a pan, seam side down
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt – cut a few holes in the top to allow steam to escape
Bake at 450-degreesF for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown
Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing
Serve with marinara for dipping
