Banana Split Yogurt Parfait

Give yogurt an ice cream-inspired makeover.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 containers plain lowfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 tsp strawberry jam
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place a few heaping spoonfuls of the yogurt in the bottom of 2 (8oz) jars or small bowls
  • Add 1 teaspoon of the strawberry jam along with layers of banana and chocolate chips
  • Add the remaining ingredients to create the second layer
  • Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
