Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette

Makes 12 servings


¼ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of ½ a lemon
2 teaspoons honey
1 clove garlic (whole, lightly smashed)
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine ingredients in a jar or other airtight container. Cover, shake well and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
